By creating an account or using TruckMind AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
TruckMind AI is an AI-powered dispatch assistant for independent truck drivers and owner-operators. The service helps find loads, negotiate rates with brokers, and generate invoices. TruckMind AI acts as an automated assistant on your behalf — all negotiations are conducted in your name using information you provide.
3. DAT Load Board Requirement
TruckMind AI requires an active DAT load board subscription to receive real-time load alerts. TruckMind AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by DAT Freight & Analytics. You are responsible for maintaining your own DAT subscription and complying with DAT's terms of service.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided, including your MC number, DOT number, and rate preferences. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any load before accepting it. TruckMind AI acts on your behalf — you remain responsible for all freight commitments made through the service.
5. AI Negotiation Disclaimer
TruckMind AI negotiates rates with brokers automatically on your behalf based on your preferences. TruckMind AI does not guarantee any specific rate or load outcome. You should review all negotiations before final acceptance.
6. Subscription and Billing
TruckMind AI is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Subscriptions are processed by LemonSqueezy. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@truckmindapp.com within 7 days of charge for refund requests.
7. Limitation of Liability
TruckMind AI is provided as-is. We are not liable for any losses, missed loads, failed negotiations, or freight disputes arising from use of the service. Your use of TruckMind AI is at your own risk.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
