1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide during registration, including your name, email address, company name, Motor Carrier (MC) number, and DOT number. We also collect truck and fleet details, rate preferences, and location data when you use the app. When you connect your DAT load board account, we receive and process load alert emails forwarded to your unique TruckMind address.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide AI-powered dispatch services, including finding loads, negotiating rates with brokers on your behalf, and generating invoices. Your location is used to filter nearby loads. Your rate preferences are used to configure AI negotiation behavior. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Email Processing
TruckMind processes inbound emails sent to your unique forwarding address to extract load data. Raw email content is stored temporarily for processing and is not shared with third parties. Negotiation emails are sent to brokers on your behalf from dispatch@truckmindapp.com.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant database provider. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@truckmindapp.com.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. TruckMind does not store credit card information. Please review LemonSqueezy's privacy policy for payment data handling.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Your Rights
